Valeria specialises in the assessment, treatment and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. She focusses on identifying the underlying movement faults and correcting these, using the Body Biomechanics approach.
With over a decade of experience in caring for patients, Valeria also works as a physiotherapist in Occupational Health, ensuring a healthy and comfortable work life for people with MSK problems. She assesses and treats their problems, then supports them as they return to their work so that they remain pain-free and active in their day-to-day activities.
Valeria qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2011, achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, and since then has been driven to help people achieve their goals in the face of pain and injury. She continues to study and develop her treatment skills with continuing educational involvement.
She goes mountain biking, road cycling, practices Pilates, and keeps active with gym training and daily walks with her dog Max, a very active cocker spaniel. Valeria is a lovely, kind, and welcoming character who can help you take the next step in your treatment and rehabilitation program.
