Matt qualified as a physiotherapist in 2002, gaining valuable experience working in London teaching hospitals following qualification. His passion of sporting injuries led him to work full time in premiership football for 10 years being at the cutting edge of injury management and prevention. A desire to develop a more scientific and evidence based approach to injury management and prevention led Matt to take a sabbatical and successfully gain a post graduate MSc in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy with MACP accreditation, at the prestigious Kings College London. On completion of his MSc Matt set up his clinic Reform Physiotherapy Pilates & Movement.
Matt founded Reform to provide an empathetic service, understanding the worry and anxiety associated with an injury or painful experience, and the effects this has on our ability to do the things we love. Reform aims to deliver trusted advice, guidance, and quality treatment. Reform provides a unique, individualised service, utilising expert and evidence based knowledge, skills, and experience gained in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
