I qualified in Physiotherapy in 2008 with a 1st class honors degree from the University of Plymouth. Since then I have worked in wide range of settings including hospital acute stroke units and care of the elderly wards, community care, NHS musculoskeletal clinics and private clinics.
I am dedicated to keeping my clinical skills fresh and up to date with the best evidence based practice. I have attended and gained certification for acupuncture and myofascial release techniques and I have attended several updates for sporting injuries at the Worcester Warriors Sixways Stadium.
I also have a keen interest in neurological rehabilitation. I have been certified in Bobath techniques and currently I specialise in neurological rehabilitation at an inpatient unit for the NHS,
I opened my clinic two years ago and treat various patients for musculoskeletal complaints such as, lower back pain, frozen shoulders, arthritis etc. I also provide home visits for those less mobile and treat people for elderly care issues such as falls, arthritis, post stroke complications etc.
