Katrina is the clinical director of the clinic and her roles have included clinical specialist in men’s and women’s health, extended scope practitioner for spinal conditions and the treatment and management of pelvic pain in men and women. She has specialised in taking referrals for patients with bladder and bowel problems from the local area and beyond.
After qualifying in 1984, Katrina worked for the NHS in London and Suffolk until she joined the Chelmsford hospital of Ramsay Health Care, moving on to the Oaks hospital in Colchester in 1997.
Katrina has also continued to assess and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, having studied several schools of treatment and lectured on B.Sc. and M.Sc. courses at Essex University.
Katrina is a member of POGP (the Pelvic Organ and Gynaecological Physiotherapy Association), APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute), ICS (International Continence Society) and the Bladder and Bowel Foundation.
