Jadwiga has expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, women’s health, sports injuries and occupational pain problems, having run Therapy-First for the last six years.
Apart from treating patients, she also takes on medico-legal cases from solicitors and agencies.
Jadwiga has additional qualifications in:
Sports Massage. Acupuncture. Modified Pilates via the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). This method is specifically for physiotherapists and is very useful in many conditions including arthritis, injuries and pregnancy. Hypopressives – a system of yoga postures and breathing exercises which improves core function, posture and post-pregnancy conditions.
Having qualified from Salford University in 2010, Jadwiga worked in many areas within the NHS including women’s health, orthopaedics and musculoskeletal outpatients. She has the skill and experience to give each patient the tailored attention they need to make the best of their abilities.
Jadwiga is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
