Helen Skehan

Helen Skehan M.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP, MMACP

Helen is the practice principal at Physio Solutions and is skilled at the assessment, treatment and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

She specialises in treating a variety of conditions including neck pain, shoulder pain, joint hypermobility, injuries in musicians, rehabilitation both before and after operations, workstation assessments and occupational health disorders in the workplace.

Having qualified in 1988 from Trinity College Dublin, Helen then gained wide experience working in the private and NHS sectors. After completing her M.Sc. in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy and working in a busy city clinic she set up Physio Solutions in 1998.
