David Scrivener

David Scrivener is a highly experienced physiotherapist in managing acute sporting injuries and a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. This includes expertise in assessing, treating and managing sports injuries, lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pains, whiplash and headaches.

For the last five years David has been working as a private physiotherapist and in GP clinics. Prior to that David was Head Academy Physiotherapist for Leeds United FC and was closely involved in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of football players. This has given him invaluable experience in managing acute injuries.

A keen runner, David has attended many courses in the prevention and management of injury in runners. His treatments of running problems involve video gait analysis on a treadmill. David is also qualified in acupuncture.

After graduating in 2004 from Keele University, David worked to gain experience in the NHS for four years.
