Clare Thomas-Stagg is a Chartered Physiotherapist (CSP) with experience working in private and NHS practice. Clare is the principal physiotherapist at Stagg Physio. She also works part-time for the NHS, within Paediatrics.
Clare attained an M.Sc. in Physiotherapy, and is currently involved in innovative research studying the walking gait in children with Cerebral Palsy.
She is experienced in treating children from birth through to 19 who require physiotherapy for a range of conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Chromosomal Disorders, Torticollis and Plagiocephaly, Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), and gross motor skill difficulties.
In addition Clare has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal complaints in both adults and children. She also advises corporate companies on ergonomics and health and well being to promote the health of their work force and will treat physiotherapeutic conditions on site.
Clare also has a background in running; working for Runners Need for over 5 years, responsible for gait analysis.. Clare has a keen interest in sport and provides treatment at the London Marathon, running events, and for rugby teams. Some of the athletes she currently treats have successfully competed in international competition.
