Alan Moffatt

Alan is highly skilled in the assessment, treatment and management of both simple and complex musculoskeletal problems and pain conditions.

Having worked as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in the NHS for nine years, Alan has developed an expert skill-set which extends beyond physiotherapy to include injection therapy and acupuncture.

Since qualifying in 2000, Alan has continued with his post-graduate education to improve his skills of assessment and treatment. This has included:

Acupuncture training in 2002 Post-grad diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine in 2005 Master’s degree in Advanced Practice at the University of Liverpool in 2011

Alan is a keen sportsman and fitness fanatic, so he understands the kinds of injuries and the frustrations that come with being unable to follow the sport or activity you love.

Alan is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP).
