At Physio-Answers Lewisham our expert physiotherapists can provide you with specialised assessment, treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions and pain problems.

Your initial assessment and treatment will occur in our up-to-date treatment room. We can also progress your treatment into the gym, where we can check your exercise programmes and set up or modify your personal exercise routine. Gym work will accelerate your recovery and help prevent further problems. You can then continue your rehab programme at your own gym or at home.

Our physiotherapists are all experienced and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP). We are also members of the Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice (OCPPP), the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and recognised by all major health insurance companies.

We offer a comprehensive service for the treatment of conditions such as:

• Lower back pain and neck pain
• Sports Injuries and overuse conditions
• Osteoarthritis
• Whiplash neck pain
• Headaches
• Sciatica and leg pain
• Work Related Disorders (RSI)
• Preparation for surgery and rehab after surgery
• Sports massage. Massage costs are £76 for 60 minutes, £62 for 45 minutes and £47 for 30 minutes.

If you can't manage to get to our clinics or would prefer to have treatment in your own home we do offer home visits on request. For your convenience we also offer both evening and Saturday appointments.
