All our physios are highly skilled and qualified in managing pain problems in the spine and joints, looking at the root cause of your pain to relieve completely and allow you to get back to doing the things you love.

Treatments include manual therapy such as joint mobilisations and manipulation, soft tissue therapy, electrotherapy such as ultrasound and acupuncture. This goes together with an individual treatment plan for you to follow at home.

Sports Injury Physiotherapy

We understand that you need to perform at your best ability and we can assess and treat any sports injury regardless of how severe or how minor it may be. It's worth getting any niggle looked at early because prevention is a very good investment for an athlete. Staying injury-free is the main aim so you can participate in your favourite activity.

Our team specialises in sports injuries including football, hockey, rugby and golf. we have over ten years experience working with rugby teams and have advanced in-house knowledge about golf injuries and techniques.

Post-operative Rehabilitation

Whether you have had minor or major surgery, it's important to have a solid plan for your recovery if your rehabilitation is to be successful. We have good relationships with local surgeons and work with them to devise a rehab plan to get your movement and strength back.

We think it's a good idea to see us before your surgery so we can get to work on the problem area to prepare for the operation. We can then set up your post-op rehabilitation programme and get you familiar with it before you go in to hospital. This will speed up your recovery.

Golf Specific Physiotherapy

When you play golf you know how important pain-free joint mobility is to your game. At Ringway Golf Club we have a specialist golf clinic focussed on golf performance and physiotherapy for golfing related issues.

We use the dedicated TPI golf screening tools and our focussed treatments will get you back playing as soon as possible. We can also improve your overall game and your swing using the TPI screening method.
