OUR SERVICES

• Physiotherapy. If you have a recent injury, a sports injury, a musculoskeletal problem or lack of condition or fitness, our expert and experienced physio staff can help you.
• Sports Injuries. You don’t have to be a professional sportsman or woman to take advantage of our expertise in treating sports injuries, we cater for participants at all levels of fitness.
• Back Pain and Neck Pain. We have extensive experience in managing chronic back pain, acute back pain and neck pain such as whiplash. We can offer expert physio, pain education, Pilates and fitness and conditioning work.
• Women’s Health Physiotherapy. We assess and treat your pain problems in pregnancy, pelvic pain, incontinence and problems with the pelvic floor.
• Headaches and Migraine. Normal headaches are very common and are often due to neck problems. We have found that treatment for cervicogenic headaches can be very successful in headache relief.
• Posture Clinic. Many people who come to see us have posture related problems to some degree. We can quickly identify problems and teach someone to correct them by regular exercises. We have recently adopted a new technique called ConnectTherapy.
• Foot Health. We can manage foot problems from minor corns to nail surgery, including diabetic foot issues, with our combined physiotherapy and podiatry team. They also combine their skills in identifying running and walking problems due to foot pain.
• Pain Management. Long-term or chronic pain is very common with a large number of adults reporting restricting pain problems. Chronic pain can badly affect the quality of life and the pain management team can relieve the stress of pain and help you do what you want.
• Voice Clinic. The whole body may need assessing to identify problems with the ability to speak or sing well. We have a close relationship with a leading ENT consultant in Harley Street.
• IDD Therapy Disc Clinic. Stiff spinal segments can be loosened up with this non-invasive spinal technique. If standard physiotherapy treatment has not been as successful as hoped this can be useful.
• Running Performance. Examination of a runner’s technique using our high-speed video analysis can pinpoint the issues causing your problems.
