We have taken precautions to make you COVID safe, so we can offer face-to-face appointments, as well as online video appointments if you prefer.

OUR SERVICES

• Physiotherapy. Members and non-members of the gym can avail themselves of our expert assessment and treatments, with hands-on techniques applied in our purpose-designed treatment space. We can help with sports injuries, rehabilitation after an accident or injury, and musculoskeletal problems such as lower back pain or neck pain. We focus on getting to the root of your problem so that it doesn’t just recur and you can achieve your activity goals.
• Massage. Pain or muscle soreness, tiredness after exercise or activity, muscle recovery and relaxation can all be relieved by a course from our expert masseurs.

All our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
