Bodyset physiotherapy clinic in Brigg is handy for the station, shops and Brigg centre. We have two specialised treatment room and an exercise and rehabilitation studio.

• Massage. Massage can be very useful as an adjunct to physiotherapy treatment, to help speed recovery, reduce muscle soreness, reduce tension and promote relaxation.
