Backtogether Physiotherapy offers a complete package of care in the assessment, treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions. With three clinics around Farnham and Elstead and one in Bordon, Hampshire, Backtogether Physiotherapy’s staff are all highly experienced and qualified.

We concentrate on hands-on physiotherapy management and exercise programmes, Pilates, self-management advice and acupuncture. Specialising in ergonomics, we assess and advise on the ergonomics of workstations, office desks and driving. We work closely with GPs and consultants to optimise your access to treatment and diagnostic tests as necessary.

You don’t need a referral to book yourself in to any of our clinics and all of the major insurance companies recognise us as a physiotherapy provider. If you can’t get to our clinics we can arrange a home visit from one of our physiotherapists. Our physios are all registered with the HCPC and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
