Our experience now runs to over 20 years working with elite performers, professional sportsmen and sportswomen and in private physiotherapy practice.

  • Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. We give you the time to discuss your problem and we thoroughly assess your injury or pain so we can begin treatment on your first attendance and start making a difference.
  • Sports Injury Physiotherapy. Our physios have worked in professional football and with elite athletes of all types, which ensures you will get a speedy diagnosis of the cause of your problems. We are confident we can guide your rehabilitation back to your chosen sport or activity.
  • Massage. Massage is great for tension relief, recovery after intense exercise and just for feeling better. We can give you therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage and sports massage so you’re sure of finding the type that suits you.
  • Gait analysis and Biomechanical Assessment. Assessment of your walking or running can show up abnormal mechanics and inappropriate habits. Our specialist can then recommend corrective actions, appropriate footwear or orthotics.
  • Post-Operative Rehabilitation. An operation is just the start of your journey towards getting back to normal. You need to have the correct rehabilitation afterwards if you’re going to get the best result. We are experienced in managing ACL reconstruction, shoulder surgery, spinal operations, Achilles tendon repairs and joint replacement.
  • Ante Natal and Post Natal Treatments. Child care and pregnancy are stressful on the body and can cause pain problems. We can advise and treat during this sensitive time and also advise on minimising scar tissue after caesarean section.
  • Occupational Physiotherapy. You know that looking after your staff’s wellbeing and health is a good investment, as back pain and other joint complaints are a major source of work loss. We can assess your workplace, advise and treat your staff and provide training and education on manual handling.
  • Injection Therapy. If you have persistent joint pain or an osteoarthritic joint, we can help with injections of corticosteroids, Ostenil® and Ostenil® Tendon.

    • All our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
